2023 is almost here and as it gets closer I am reflecting on what an amazing year 2022 has been! So many memories and great accomplishments with the Harper Ellis Team, my family & friends were made. I had business wins like certifying Harper Ellis stylists with my dream team all across the country, and releasing beautiful new color blends and industry changing products at Harper Ellis Hair Co.! Outside of work, I’ve been blessed with celebrating my son’s first birthday, renovating my dream home with my amazing husband, and had more personal growth than I ever imagined!
Today I’m sharing some of the resolutions and goals I’ve set for myself and my team to make 2023 an even better year!
With how busy life can be running multiple businesses, being a wife and a mom, I want to make it a priority to take care of myself in 2023!

2023 Resolutions
My Personal Resolutions:
- Drink a lot more water! (Hydration is KEY!)
- Focus on my physical health
- Commit to working out at least 3 times a week
My physical health is a major factor into my everyday life. When you are constantly on the go, it can be hard to set time for yourself when you feel like you have a million things to do. I created an at-home gym, so now it is time to use it and focus on me! This may sound a little cliche but when I am physically and mentally a better me, this makes me a better mom, wife, CEO and friend!
2023 Goals

Goals:
- Be more organized with time management ( I recently took on more tasks with my job want to manage my day to day better)
- Create and implement more to-do lists and delegate tasks accordingly
- Hire more stylists at the Harper Ellis Salon
- Grow Harper Ellis Hair Co. by 25% by the end of 2023!
- Continue a healthy work and home environment
When you make goals for yourself, writing them down is the easy part. Actually implementing them into everyday life is the challenging part. With our team and businesses continuing to grow I have to be organized in order to complete all of my day to day tasks. My Harper Ellis team is a huge part of my life and creating a space where they can be their best is one of the most important dynamics I want to implement as a CEO!
2022 Recap
This year has been a whirlwind and so full of amazing memories! Like traveling with my team to Harper Ellis Certifications, creating and collaborating with Brittany Aldean on the XO Britt Curling Iron, teaching our year end Master Class & making memories with my family!
2022 | Wrapping Up Harper Ellis
We wrapped up our last Harper Ellis Co. Certification of the year with our Master Class. It was an amazing group and I love getting to coach and teach other stylists to grow their businesses! I love supporting other people’s businesses and being able to be apart of the change to create growth is so rewarding!
2023 Harper Ellis Certification Classes
Here are the 2023 Certification class dates!
I CANNOT WAIT FOR 2023 CLASSES TO START! They are going to be bigger and better than ever before! You will get to purchase a 1 or 2 day ticket based on what you are looking for. Our certification classes will be held at our Headquarters in Fort Smith Arkansas. This is a bonus because you will get to work with a larger team of educators, and experience the Harper Ellis culture first hand. You will get even get access to our CMO Casey Hicks and our head of social media marketing Aubrey Stewart to coach you on the best marketing practices and techniques to build and promote your business. We want our class members to walk away feeling ready to take on their business with refreshed mindsets and a grown confidence!
Day 1 will be all about hair education, learning the Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Method and how to create the best look for your clients. Day 2 is all about business and marketing education. This is extremely beneficial because we give you the details and tips on ways to make your business work for you. If you are looking to become more knowledgable in social media, how to boost your presence online and just want to know the best way to get your name out there, this class is for you!
